Janitorial Contractor

We’re currently building a new janitorial team in the Orlando area, and we're looking for experienced, dependable contractors to join us from the ground up. As we expand operations, we’re focused on creating a trustworthy, efficient team dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a new initiative where your contributions will help shape the standards and culture of the janitorial department.

YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces
• Restocking cleaning and bathroom supplies
• Trash and recycling disposal
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management
• Maintaining health and safety regulations

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow schedules
• Availability for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts
• Must be local to the Orlando area
• Background check required
